Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and the bonus item form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Individuals must be Australian or New Zealand resident and over 18 years of age to be eligible to enter.
3. Employees of The Promoter and their immediate families, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter.
4. There is a limit of ONE:
   • Branded Gazebo
   • Darche 1400mm Swag
   • Campfire Lawson Cast Iron 7pcs set
   • Campfire Flinders Cast Iron 9Pcs set
   • Weber Baby Q BBQ
5. There is a limit of ONE Branded Gazebo, Darche 1400mm Swag, Campfire Flinders Cast Iron 9Pcs weber and campfire flinders set available per trade account in New Zealand and Australia

7. The promotion commences on Thursday 01/09/2024 and ends at 11:59PM AEST on Thursday 30/09/2024 (“Promotional Period”).
8. To enter, entrants must:
   • Buy any 16 NTK Sensors in September 2024 and receive ONE Branded Gazebo. Limited to the first 65 in Australia Repco trade accounts and the first 15 New Zealand Repco Trade Account
   • Buy any 40 NGK Ignition Coils in September 2024 and receive ONE Darche 1400mm Swag Limited to the first 65 in Australia Repco trade accounts and the first 15 New Zealand Repco Trade Account
   • Spend $800 on any NGK Spark Plugs or Glow Plugs in September 2024 and receive ONE Campfire Lawson Cast Iron 7pcs set. Limited to the first 65 in Australia Repco trade accounts.
   • Spend $800 on any NGK Spark Plugs or Glow Plugs in September 2024 and receive ONE Campfire Flinders Cast Iron 9Pce Set. Limited to the first 15 New Zealand Repco trade accounts.
   • Buy any 16 KYB Shock/Strut/ Kits in September 2024 and receive ONE Weber Baby Q BBQ. Limited to the first 65 in Australia Repco trade accounts.
9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

1. The eligible customer will receive their bonus item following the promotional period through GPC, 22 Enterprise Drive Rowville VIC 3178. Promoter is Niterra Australia Ltd. 6 Duigan Drive Mentone VIC 3194.
2. There are maximum of sixty five(65) bonus items to be received in Australia and fifteen (15) received in New Zealand per below items:
   • Weber Baby Q BBQ (Available for Australia only)
   • Branded Gazebo (Available for Australia and New Zealand)
   • Darche 1400mm Swag (Available for Australia and New Zealand)
   • Campfire Lawson Cast Iron 7 piece set (Available for Australia only)
   • Campfire Flinders Cast Iron 9 piece set (Available for New Zealand only)
3. The total value of the bonus item in Australia is AUD$127,594 + postage and NZD$54,989+ postage in New Zealand.
4. Applicable to Repco Australia and New Zealand trade account holders only, some national customers may not be able to participate due to their head office policy.
5. The bonus item is not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
6. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any bonus items.
7. Any change in value occurring between the publishing date and the date the bonus item is claimed is not the responsibility of The Promoter.
8. The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, bonus item suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI.
